CHALLENGE

Uniphore needed to grow market share in Southeast Asia in a highly-competitive market for CX automation solutions. Building reliable sales pipeline required having in-person thought leadership conversations with call center leaders accountable for more than 100 agents.

SOLUTION

Uniphore engaged BuyerForesight™ to build an in-person interactive experience campaign in key target markets in the region including Singapore, the Philippines, and Vietnam.
